Buyer reviewI reached out to JoAnne she helped with the purchase of a previous home. I gave her the parameters for which I was looking for and she immediately went to work. I was not on the Island, she worked with my brother looking at homes. Once they found what I wanted she quickly reached out and gave me the information on the property. The negotiations did not take long, she was able to secure the home for the price I wanted. The process went so quickly, that JoAnne kept me informed every step of the way. She is highly knowledgeable and I will recommend her to family and friends. I will use her again for my next purchase.

She was so organized and responsive and made time to answer every single one of our questions-- about the property itself, the escrow and title process, and offered insights that we had not thought of prior to getting connected. Not only was she knowledgable and experienced in her work but she was also very kind and disarming especially for inexperienced buyers like ourselves which really helped! Seller reviewI received mailers periodically from a number of agents in HI. The first agent I contacted (different company) had the best/most frequent mailers but he did a poor job of returning calls and follow ups on the tasks he took on. So he lost my business. Joanne's mailers were enough to get my attention and when I contacted her she immediately responded. Within the first few days of the initial call she had provided me lots of info for pricing the house as well as highlighted some topics I needed to research. She was pleasant and reliable to work with which was very important for me as an out of state seller.
