She knew the value of this particular area. Jo Beth was very interested in ensuring that we made the best presentation to prospective buyers and was open to discuss how that might be accomplished. She also had knowledge and experience with several vendors (paint, roof, landscape, etc) that we needed in preparation. All of these recommendations worked out beautifully. Once our prep was done, our actual sales experience was better than expected. We received multiple offers right away and had a sales agreement within a week.
