Jodi was an essential asset to my home buying team and made my home buying experience super easy and stream lined. Her dedicatin and outstanding efforts set me at ease with my remote home viewings and remote closing. As a service member who was unable to physically be present at the showings and closing I was super grateful for Jodi's hard work and understanding of what I needed in a new home.

Jodi was very accommodating, available in a timely manner--with clear communications. Even from the first phone call, Jodi laid out all the steps from searching to close and what is expected of us as the buyer along the way. This was very helpful for our family to plan our finances, maneuver our current rental contract, and make informed decisions based on the timeline and milestones described. For example, we had a strong sense that the last hurdle would be a positive VA Assessor report, once obtained, we felt confident enough to prepare moving arrangements and was able to move in to our new house 2 days after closing. Overall, great service.
