Seller reviewJodi was recommended to me by my son. They work together on many projects and he is very satisfied with her attitude, cooperation and results. Enough of a recommendation for my wife and myself. We signed the listing agreement on Friday afternoon and by Monday morning she presented us with an offer. Jodi negotiated our requests to the buyers and closed the contract including our request for an increase in the price The rest of the process proceeded without any problems as closing proceeded quickly. We would recommend Jodi to anyone selling their home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her commission rate was very fair and acceptable. We do not know how her work buying a property BUT we think it would be the same. A very conscious approach to real estate and her market. Thank you Jodi. Looking forward to working with you again.
