Originally from Upper Michigan, I moved to Wisconsin to pursue my education at UW-Green Bay (undergrad) and UW Oshkosh (graduate degree), which led to a long fulfilling counseling/recruitment career at UW Oshkosh. This experience has provided me with valuable skills necessary to successfully help my customers in navigating an ever-changing real estate market, the negotiation process, and strategies to effectively market listings. I have lived in Appleton for the past 17 years, where I have enjoyed all the amazing amenities the Fox Valley has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy running, which was something I didn't do until I hit the BIG 40! I truly enjoy an early morning run, even in the dead of winter. I also love spending time, with my two kiddos and husband, on our pontoon boating our beautiful Wisconsin lakes and rivers. Buyer reviewJodi was an absolute god send to work with especially as a first time home buyer. She was always in a really upbeat mood and just overall really enjoyable to be around! I can't think of a single text/call/email I sent that wasn't responded to within 10-15 minutes at most. Any questions I had she almost always had an answer or got back to me with an answer very quickly. As a veteran I've heard all of these horror stories about working through the VA to get a loan approved and Jodi absolutely made the whole process a breeze.

From there, she was constantly sending us listings and following up with us. When we wanted to see a listing, she would FaceTime us and/or send is videos and pictures. She was ALWAYS super responsive and listened to us. She helped us find our new home in Appleton that we LOVE! She will listen to you and fight for you, no matter what hurdle she may have to jump through. I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone!
