Buyer reviewJodi Niver was a great partner throughout our search. She was available, patient, knowledgable, flexible, and friendly. That was perhaps the most important thing - Stacey and I enjoyed seeing her and working with her. It was probably clear to her that while we were motivated to find a vacation home, we were also picky and were going to take our time. Jodi was never pushy and would never try to show us properties that she knew we wouldn't be interested in. She helped us with our offer strategy, with finding local help for inspections, and for helping us anticipate next steps. After close, Jodi remained in contact with us, and she used her local connections to coordinate the donation of furniture that came with the sale that we weren't going to use. She assured us that if we needed any help in the future, that we could always call her. Jodi is definitely a special agent!
