The house we sold was being rented to our daughter who was tragically killed in a car accident. Jodi not only volunteered her own time to help clean the property she found volunteers to help with the small repairs that were needed. She made the process easy during a very difficult time for our family. Due to Jodi's efforts, we had an accepted offer for $10,000 over asking in the first week. I would recommend Jodi to anyone looking to buy or sell and Jodi will be the only realtor I will ever use.
