Through the purchase process she was fantastic, helping us navigate through an accepted offer we eventually rescinded (darn flood insurance!) and eventually helping us land a great house with better than anticipated purchase conditions in what's most definitely a seller's market. The selling process has gone just as smooth - Jodi helped us get a premium on the house we're moving out of!
