Seller reviewJodie Greene is very knowledgeable about real estate, she was always ten steps ahead of any concerns that I had about selling the property at 225 Selby Street. After a 30 yr roof was installed and all renovations were completed, the property was put on the market the last Friday in April. The Open House was well attended that Saturday and Sunday, in spite of the rain! By Tuesday afternoon, the property was under contract for above the list price!

Buyer review9 years ago we first worked with Jodie when we made our first home purchase. When we decide to search for a new home again & list our current home, reaching out to Jodie was a no brainer! The amount of care & attention given to us throughout the home buying & selling process was beyond what we could have hoped for. While not the case, she made us feel like we were her only clients. Each question, request or need was met with a quick, thorough response which allowed the whole process to flow beautifully, & allowed us to feel comfortable & confident as each phase unfolded. Jodie's knowledge & ability to get things done are wonderful skills, but her kindness & care to us has blown us away since the first time we worked with her 9 years ago. We felt valued, listened to, supported, encouraged & cheered for the entire time. There was never a time when we didn't. We could not recommend Jodie more! We are thankful the process is complete, but will greatly miss our time working with Jodie!
