Buyer reviewJody was real and genuine with me. She wasn't just trying to sell me a home. She wanted me to have a good ROI and wanted to make sure I was happy and not left in a bad situation after the purchase of the home. She was timely in communication, readily available, and would return communication where we had missed one another. She knows the area and she had a good knowledge of homes and what to look for. I felt that she protected me throughout the offer, inspection, and closing process. Long story, she made me feel like I mattered, and that I didn't have dumb questions or concerns. Thank you!

Buyer reviewJody Lautenbach recommended we write a personal letter to the seller to add a more personal touch to our offer. In the end it worked out in our favor. We found out via the sellers agent that we were actually the lowest of three offers, and that the personal letter we drafted was part of the reason the seller's went with our offer. She's obviously been doing this a while and knows her stuff. I would recommend Jody to anyone.

Buyer reviewJody was excellent! Right off the bat she was very approachable and easy to talk to. It was also great seeing her play with a watch our kids a bit while my wife and I looked through the house. We still talk about how much we appreciate her and how awesome she was!
