I have been in real estate since 1999 and have been an award winning Realtor since 2002 reaching as high as over 60 sales a year. I enjoy interacting with clients and helping them understand the home buying and selling process. I am a member of the West Central Association of Realtors and their MLS as well as the National Association of Realtors. I am licensed in Minnesota serving Martin, Jackson, Faribault, Watonwan, Brown, Redwood, Blue Earth and Cottonwood counties. I use the newest technology for marketing your current home or finding your new home. I am e-Pro certified, an Accredited Buyer Rep (ABR), and a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) plus have worked with relocation companies. I am certified in short sales and foreclosed sales. My goal is to assist each customer and client from day one through closing and beyond building long term relationships.
I am married with four grown children and have four grandchildren. I enjoy camping, biking, bible studies and spending time with family. Currently I am involved in the Fairmont Kinship program, Relay for Life and a member of the Fairmont Chamber.

Buyer reviewJodi Lyle went out of her way to show us this house via FaceTime due to the fact we were living halfway across the country looking for a home to retire in. She was always upbeat and patient. Jody went above and beyond. The day we took possession of the house the previous tenants left an overflowing recycling bin that wouldn't be picked up for two weeks. She came and took the garbage herself. We really appreciate she would do that even though it wasn't her responsibility. We highly recommend Jody Lyle.
