Seller reviewJody did a great job selling our house on the hill. She was always available and accessible and very quick to respond to any of our questions or demands. She really advocated for us regarding our closing costs which helped contain them and save us money to use on our next house. She also handled everything in our escrow account so that we had minimal to zero paperwork and billing to do on our own. Working with Jody was all-inclusive, easy, and a very professional experience.

I had to tell Jody Nelson it was ok NOT to answer my texts right away after hours and with her family! Jody Nelson was top-notch. She kept us informed of current market trends and was realistic with expectations. She used creative means to sell our house that drew clients in over the time it was listed. A week did not go by that we did not have at least 1 to 2 showings! We have known Jody for years and had complete peace of mind through the whole experience. Because of her strong work ethic and character, we knew we could completely count on her to deliver the best results. And even with that...she exceeded our expectations!

Seller reviewWe had only known Jody Nelson socially, however, we have many mutual friends and knew they were pleased with her as a broker. We also saw her awards and successes on Facebook. Jody's friendliness, temperament, and exposure in our community were definitely appealing. Jody listened to our concerns & requests knowing we would be limited in who would consider our home. Happily & surprisingly our buyer came along in two days! There were unexpected delays & "issues" along the way, but Jody & Century 21 were always available to help us through each one. At times we were all frustrated, but we got through it with team effort & it was great having Jody Nelson as our team captain!
