I bought my property new through Joe in 2018. When i was ready to sell i knew i was using him again. When i called him up 5 years later he remembered me and the purchase i made. Impressed! We met at the property on my time line, discussed the selling details and I flew back to my home in Texas. He kept in touch with offers and advice. One day he called and said he had a buyer, and all the paperwork was done and we closed the deal from 1500 miles away. Impressed with his work and positive attitude. Thank you Joe!

Joe Allen did a great job helping me to find my home! I moved to Idaho from out of state and couldn't do in person tours of the homes I was interested in. Joe did a great job walking thru the homes for me. He took the time to pay attention to the details that were important to me and the details that I didn't know to think about. I ended up with the 'perfect for me' house. I've got a few projects to work on in a house that is structurally sound, in a nice neighborhood, with no weird smells!!
