I grew up in Florida, graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, FL and have my BS in Business from the University of Central Florida. I served in the United States Army and Navy! I have been a member of USAA for 45 years. I retired from Sears, Roebuck and Company after 30 years as a District Manager. I have had bad experiences with Century 21 in the past, but Joes' attitude and demeanor sold me on going with him. He is thorough and complete; and reminds me of things that we may need to question or research before deciding to buy or sell. It really had nothing to do with Century 21.

Seller reviewJoe was extremely knowledgeable, not just regarding real estate, but also the supporting issues such as home inspections, possible repairs, market value, plan and most importantly, what to do when something went wrong. He is not just an expert but cares a great deal and pulls out all the stops to make it happen. Joe is a really good person. Not just with this deal, but in the community as well. He does whatever it takes and doesn't give up. This was a tough deal with lots of hurdles, I greatly appreciate Joe's guidance and support throughout the entire thing.
