Joe was fantastic. We were relocating to Fl at the end of the year and we starting looking for a home in May. Many realtors may have not taken us seriously because our anticipated move to the area was so far in the future but Joe treated us with the same attention that an earnest buyer would expect. We had very specific requirements in what we wanted and a budget in mind. We live in Hawaii and our visits to the area were for only a few days at a time. Joe lined up homes to see during each of our visits that met our criteria. Joe dedicated his day to us as we inspected each home. He even help us view homes in St Pete and as far North as New Port Richey. He showed us home both above and below our budget and gave us a very good sense of the market. Like any buyer, we wanted a good deal. Joe helped us investigate homes that were in foreclosure and/or were real fixer uppers. While back in Hawaii, we would see homes on the internet. We let Joe know and Joe would visit the home and send us videos and his own professional observations. Even after we bought a home, Joe is still helping us. He has providing leads on local service companies and contact information on public service and utility companies. He is even helping us find a short term renter for our new home until we are ready to relocate. I highly recommend Joe Eletto to anyone looking to buy a home in or around Apollo Beach.
