Joe F. Livingston is a native Texan and a devoted husband and father of 4 grown children. With 10 grandchildren! "I take pride in living in the heart of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, where we are never at a loss for fun-filled entertainment, sporting events, or an abundance of dining establishments," Joe said. He and his family are active in the community with their church, youth organizations, and other activities. Joe is a 1975 Graduate of Grand Prairie High School, a 1983 Graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, a Graduate of CBU, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a Certified Residential Specialist. Joe earned his Real Estate salesperson's license in 1978 and his Real Estate Broker's License in 1981. Joe is also licensed as a real estate instructor. He is a Member of Inglewood Baptist Church, a Mason, and an Eagle Scout, B.S.A. Buyer reviewJoe Livingston was my my broker when I purchased six fourplexes in Lubbock. He was good with negotiation, dealing with tenants, and very respectful when viewing tenant residences I had a particularly negligent and difficult seller and his broker. Joe went and above and beyond and handled things that other broker should have done. He used his own vehicle to show me properties that were hours away. He was very understanding of my needs and goals. He has good character and someone I now consider as a friend. I could not have selected a better broker and would definitely recommend his services.

Buyer reviewJoe and Mayra (who handled our loan) were both helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and made everything quick and easy. This was especially helpful considering we were closing on the house just as the COVID-19 lockdowns were starting. Joe was very knowledgeable, and very was able to offer a lot of insight into unusual things in houses that we viewed. This was both in regards to things possibly in need of repair and some strange modifications previous homeowners made for their own ease of use. For example, we viewed one house where the weep holes had been filled with expanding foam. Joe told us why the homeowner likely did so, why we probably should not do so, and offered some safer alternatives to accomplish the same goal.
