He was very responsive to communication, he worked hard to address my concerns, and he was flexible even when I was indecisive. I felt that Joe was committed to ensuring that I was happy with the home that I ultimately purchased and I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. In addition, Joe successfully negotiated the return of my earnest money deposit after I contracted on a new build and then changed my mind. He also helped to deal with a builder who tried to wrongfully cancel my contract and I ended up retaining my contract and recently closing on my home. Overall, I was happy with my experience working with Joe He was always willing to accommodate my busy schedule including setting up last minute appointments to view properties or to look into a new builder. Joe worked extremely hard to ensure that I was happy with my home purchase and I would highly recommend him to any potential buyer or seller.
