The moment Joe reccomended that we choose a home that cost way less than the one we wanted, that showed us something. It showed us that he got to know us, every other agent would have urged us to purchase the most expensive home, the higher the price the more the commission, not Joe.Thats what really stood out, morale values and knowing your clients. Joe will have a long and successful career.
