Joe's advertisement and photographs of my property helped to get it sold faster. He also made it very clear how the transaction would occur and helped to explain the counter offer and/or requests of the buyer. Joe communicated in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the buying/selling process. He was also very patient and helpful when answering my questions. He also kept my wants/needs in mind when communicating with the buyers. Ultimately, Joe helped to make the sales transaction seamless. He even pushed back closing twice due to a delay in moving! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
