John is truly a diamond in the rough and I would recommend him to anyone and I would never use anyone else to do my real estate business with. John had my house listing and because he is so connected in his business my house never even made the MLS listing and he had it sold in less than half a day. He is AWESOME, very knowledgeable, and probably the most well mannered person I know.

He was also a great help in pointing out to us the required inspections and other due diligence, e.g. Radon test, etc. before purchasing the property.
