Buyer reviewJohn was professional at all times. He was very knowledgeable about the process and made things easy for my wife and I, especially us being first time homebuyers. Seller reviewJohn is a very patient man. In our dealings with our buyer, he went the extra 10 miles to make the sale. In an offer to sell "AS IS" , our buyer was fixated on one item, and then another, and another, and another until I as the seller told John to forget this buyer. John took great pride in handling the buyer objections, each time the buyer changed his focus. I have another Property in Brooklyn, 2 acres of land with W2 zoning that I will be selling in a couple years. I have a tenant that I gave a first right of refusal to in a lease, If my tenant does not buy the property, I am calling John to list it.
