John's knowledge of and expertise in the area led him to make several critically important suggestions to prepping and pricing the property for sale. He presented it to potential buyers successfully resulting in offers leading to a prompt sale and closing at more than I had targeted for. I rarely refer people to anyone, but John's professionalism stood out at every turn and He's my guy for doing any future business in his area. Highly recommended!

Seller reviewJohn was truly amazing to work with. Besides being funny, he was very communicative, explained everything, and went above and beyond, checking on my mother in laws property regularly (we live 5 hours away). He communicated regularly and made sure we knew what we should and shouldn't be concerned with, whether it was part of the process or some issue at the house. It was a very drawn out process but he stuck with us as well and finally got to the end point. I also appreciated all he did for the buyer as well, communicating better than their agent. He's one of the good ones and I'm sure I'll miss our weekly chats!
