Born and raised in Paris, I graduated from Paris High School and Paris Junior College. Been an agent since 1983 and with Century 21 since 2021. As a Multi-Million Dollar producer, I can help with all your real estate needs. I am a member of the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce where I serve as an Ambassador. I have served on the Main Street Texas Board for the City of Paris where I served as chairman of several committees. I am active in programs for the revitalization of Downtown and the growth of our city and county. I am an active member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. As a member of Texas Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, I stand ready to assist you buying or selling your properties.

Seller reviewJohn Brazile was attentive to every need. From adjusting the sale price just days before it was to be listed, to keeping track of the market in this neighborhood! He not only handled every aspect of the sale for me, he went above and beyond overseeing the estate sale and coordinated all activities to make this a smooth as possible. How many pre-approved VA purchase sign a contract on June 17 and close on July 12? 25 days! Exceptional and there was a new roof put on, an estate sale held, and all parties felt it couldn't have gone any smoother! I was the independent executor on this estate and it went off better than anyone expected!

We were new to the area and John was happy to show us homes in multiple places and gave helpful feedback for each area. He was always well prepared with paperwork for each house and if there was something missing from the MLS information, John would call the listing agent immediately and get our questions answered. He worked diligently with the listing agent and title company and even sat in with us on the closing. We feel very lucky to have found John and would absolutely recommend him and use him in the future!

He immediately got to work on gathering pricing information for my area, and together we set a great price for my home. Within eight weeks we had a signed contract, and the closing occurred on time. John was always available to answer any question I had, and was very easy to work with. His communication skills are superb. I have bought and sold homes before, using various other agents, and John far outranks them all. His professional, but personal, way is superior to anyone I have ever used in the past. I will ONLY be calling John for any real estate transactions in the future. He is worthy of my trust.
