John met workmen several times at my unit because I don't live in the area. He stayed in the unit until the work was completed. John was kind and courteous after our first visit. We had an opportunity to consider other realtors but after we met w/John the first day there was no need. Although he was newer to the MB area he listened well and found us a perfect place.
