Seller reviewI have known Duane for quite a few years, have had coffe and breakfast with him at Fink's almost every day for many years, he is very knowledgable, in many things, has become a great friend, i respect that he is also a veteran,and does a lot locally as so. as a friend he came thru for me, when mywife died, and knows what i was going thru. as he is going thru the same things with his wife we have sat and talked many times,but what really impressed me was before thee closing days he helped me way over and above what was ever expected of him or anyone, in helping me move, helping me ge trid of things that i couldn't do myself. no matter what the situation was he just rolled up his sleeves, jumped right in and helped with whatever needed to be done, i think a lot of Duane and will be recommending him as a realtor to everyone, its also great to have him as a Friend and confidant Thank You Duane, for just being You! Seller reviewAlex had a high level of Knowledge of the marketplace for selling our type of property. The follow-up with inspections by the potential buyer and with the buyers inspector and connecting with tenants seemed to go very smoothly. All this was positive. Since I was out of State during most of the time during the sale process, I would have liked a bit more hands on communication letting me know what was going on. Overall, a good experience
