I would trust anything Jeff told me about the process/ procedures in buying a property; I have every confidence in his opinion and we would personally not use anyone else. He is always willing to do what ever needs to be done and always looks out for his clients best interest. I would highly recommend Jeff as a real estate agent to anyone I know because he takes care of his clients from beginning to end. If he went to different company we would go there to use him; yes he is that good! Our daughter and son in law are currently using Jeff as well for their current home search and they are extremely happy with him as well! Always willing to show them homes, doing research on available housing, etc. If your looking to buy or sell a home this is the agent you want, no regrets ;)
