Buyer reviewJohn was very helpful in assisting me to find a home in the Holiday City complex. He has a good knowledge of the "homeowners association" rules and regulations, as he has previously worked with clients who are now residents of the area. That was extremely helpful to me, as I was coming from 1.5 hours away and had no idea of how a HOA works. I am glad to call him a trusted colleague and now a friend.

Buyer reviewJohn helped in the selling of a house my grandmother inherited and he did a fantastic job with it. Upon hearing about how he handled everything, we knew we wanted him to be our broker. John was excellent in all the categories throughout the entire process. John asked the tough questions when my wife and I were nervous to do so and he made sure that everyone moved as quickly as they can so that it was an easy process. John also made sure that any information that was provided to him was given to us. He was transparent and open about everything. John was always available to ask questions and see houses, even during the weekends and odd times that worked with our schedules. John is the real deal. We would say that we cannot wait to work with him again, but we have hopefully found our forever home.
