Thank you for taking a look at who you will be working with. My name is John Evans and I am a transplant from the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland. My first stop in Florida was in Key Largo where I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of the sea. I have now landed in the Apollo Beach/Tampa area of Florida and I find no reason to move out of such a beautiful location. Yes, as you can tell I have a love for the water. This truly shows when you understand that after my time with the US Coast Guard, I chose to live onboard my own vessel for several years and in that time became an active scuba diving instructor while living in the Keys. I have been blessed with two lovely daughters. My oldest is a graduate from Liberty University and my youngest is in middle school. They are the love of my life, my inspiration and motivation. As a family, we are grounded in our faith and I truly believe God has put me in this position to help others. We have bought and sold many houses but I must say that John is the best realtor we have worked with. He established a business and personal relationship that led to our total trust. That resulted in our purchase of the house based on Johns comments, pictures, and walk through videos. We would not have done that with anyone except John. The listing price of the house was well over budget however Johns negotiations with the sellers brought it into a reasonable range we could afford. We bought it sight unseen. When I came to the house for the walk through it surpassed expectations as did John. Our initial contact with John was for 3 days where we reviewed many houses but there was nothing in the area that met all of our needs. John dedicated himself to us all 3 days. By the end of our trip John knew what we wanted. He continued the search remotely and was diligent in communication with possibilities. He was always punctual in returning emails and follow ups. He exhibited knowledge of issues to watch out for and looked out for our best interests to obtain a fair price for the house. Obviously a great experience based on Johns knowledge, experience, and follow up.
