This allowed us to receive a full-price offer from the first family that viewed our home, at a price that satisfied our goals. Jake was always polite, kind, and easy to deal with. He allowed us to make suggestions and be a part of the sales process, without letting us make mistakes. There are agents who may attempt to gain business with flash and overestimating your home's value, but Jake simply got the job done in a very straightforward manner.
