John assisted us in selling our primary residence in CO and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with his marketing plan, timeliness and results. Since this was a rental property that we could not personally inspect due to being out-of-state we had to depend on John for his assessment and recommendations regarding the condition of the property, carpeting, etc. We followed his advice and were extremely pleased with the result which was a sale that resulted in more than the asking price. John set up our out-of-state notary so we could close from TX and it went very smooth. John went above and beyond. We do plan to use him again to sell our next condo.

We met John Humpal because our sons have been good friends for many years. We did not know John professionally, but when it came time to sell our home of 22 years and purchase another house, we talked with John about his experience. We were looking for someone who was well connected in the community, had thorough knowledge of the local market, was well established, experienced and had a strong reputation. He had the house staged, gave us great referrals for people to do some touch up and maintenance work, helped us prioritize tasks and even paid for a one year home warranty for the buyers. We had multiple offers after two days on the market and got well over what we were expecting. I would be remiss if I did not mention the crew at Humpal Realty. Handling all of the details of the staging, showings, inspections, contract offers, counter offers, financial information and all the other details that it took to get the deal done was a daunting task and it was a relief to have it handled competently by the friendly and competent staff.

John was such a pleasure to work with. From the beginning he tuned into our likes and needs picking out properties that fit our budget and desired features. He was infinately patient in helping us discover our wants and needs. When the complexity of negotiations increased unexpectedly, John was able to smooth over all details with ease, and closed the deal. Can't say enough about how much we've enjoyed working with John. Hopefully, we won't be moving again soon, but when the time comes we'll count on John !!!

Their work in setting up our home to show was excellent, and all of their efforts helped to push the price of our home above the price of similarly sized homes in the same area. We ended up selling our home for just above asking and we have no doubt that John's work added to the final sale price. John's team then carried it through closing without any issues or problems. We wouldn't work with any other realtor, and we recommend John and his team without hesitation.
