I am not local, not even US citizen , I am a single mother from Taiwan working in Shanghai China . I was looking to buy a condo close to UW campus for my daughter , Sharon who is going to be a freshman in UW in September. My friend Dr. Samuel Kupper in Philadelphia did research on internet and made phone calls to several brokers in Madison , he was impressed by John's fast reply and knowledge, and especially the understanding of our needs on the location ,our budget range and concerns on the safty to a young lady that will leave home the first time going to live alone in a foreign contry 7000 miles away. John helped me booked the hotel and pick me up when I visiting Madison to look at the houses he searched for me . He frankly told how he thinks on each house , showed me around the city , took me to look at furnitures and the school and gave me advise on the offer to seller. All went very smooth during the transaction , I am very pleased with his service and appreciate on his help when I was there last month, and his help in receiving Sharon's arrival yesterday , pick her up , took her to stores, bank , apply for the utilities befor she arrived , and the offer to tsk her to apply the cable and cell phone . If I know anyone will invest in real estate in US, I will strongly recommend John Kerrigan and Century 21 . Dr. Samual Kupper and I both agree John is a special and super nice man. Thank you so much for your excellent service and all the efforts helping us . John pays close attention to every process and communicate with me in time . He reminded me several times to be careful and confirm with title company about the receiving bank account to be safe . He applied utilities before Sharon arrived there . He is very nice and professional . We had a pleasant experience with him . John did an Excellent Job . What he has done is much more than only a realtor , it is like an old friend helping us to accomodate to a new place . Excellent !

John Karrigan was able to make his schedule work with mine when we had to meet in person as well looking at houses. John would go out of his way to meet with me if he needed a paper signed by me that could not be done online. Sometimes he would come to me instead of always having to drive to his office in Madison. John was available through call, text, or email which was awesome for when I had just a simple question that he could answer when he had time. John Karrigan is very easy to talk to and is willing to answer any questions you have no matter the question. He cares about you as a person and makes sure that you find a house you will enjoy for a long time. He tells you exactly what you need to do next in the process and makes sure that you know what is going on through the whole process. While going through walkthroughs John knew just what to look for and would explain to me why something was a good or bad deal. John Karrigan helped me find the perfect house for me at a good price. He knew about the house I found before others did and he did all that he could to make sure that I got it over anyone else. John is very friendly and a guy I wouldn't mind meeting up with outside of business hours, he is friendly and cares about his clients.
