Seller reviewJohn Karrigan is a five star realtor! He exhibited great communication skills and he was highly knowledgeable of the real estate market. John accurately generated an asking price for the house through comparatives and knowing the neighborhood well. We were able to get full asking price and more! In order to get a full asking price my husband and I decided after the inspection to make some renovations. With John's help, we were given the names of all certified contractors and a roofer who did quality work and cleaned up the day they were finished. John was always going the extra mile by helping with tasks while we were on vacation. Mostly, his organization skills kept us in order and always with in a timeline. We really appreciated his timely manner of responding to all of our calls and emails. In the end, it was a most pleasurable experience working with John Karrigan and we would definitely recommend John's expertise and good humor to all looking for a five star realtor. Peggy Glynn

Buyer reviewMy husband and I were first time homebuyers so everything was very new and confusing for us. We originally had chosen a different realtor but I felt like she wasn't looking out for our best interest. Once we switched to John, everything went smoothly and he always recommended properties that were within our budget and the layout that I wanted. He didn't push us to something we didn't want or couldn't afford. He felt honest and he was very knowledgeable. I have two toddlers who are always very active and the kids were always very pleased to see John! They loved going to his office. He wasn't bothered that the kids were always with us during meetings and showings which is something I really appreciated. John truly went above and beyond. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend him. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and it is thanks to John!

John identified a qualified buyer within 24 hours of the property going on the market. I met my goal of selling the property before the end of 2016. The property got listed in late October; I had a check from the buyers in my hand by the end of November. John knew the Madison market. He priced the property effectively. His experience, knowledge, personable communication, and performance were impressive. I'm so glad that I chose John Karrigan to handle my sale. He exceeded my expectations.
