John Lagerquist has sold 3 homes for me. Each time he was caring, competent and knowledgeable. I wouldn't sell a home without him. He goes out of his way to inform, network, adjust and support his clients. He has become a very good friend to me over the years and can't put into words how good he is at his job. I have recommended him to many people over the years. The most recent person was a sales person at Target as I was checking out and paying for my items. At the risk of holding the line up, I wrote down his information on a used receipt. The nice lady needed someone to sell her home and find some land and I wanted her to have the best. In my opinion John is the best, because he treats you like his only client and supports you in the highs and lows of the real estate rollercoaster.
