Buyer reviewThank guys so much on helping me get my dream house on the lake. Thank you for rolling up your sleeves and helping me move truck loads of paver. They knew I was exhausted, that says a lot about a person character to help when you didn't have to. Who walks thru a swamp with you, he did. Very patient and helped me understand what I didn't want, quickly. John and Tray took care of everything when listing my house to helping me move. Liked closing at the same office. Who has time to run all over town on moving day. Great guys, great service, above and beyond any reality people I have ever used. Can't say enough great things about John and Trey. They kept me up to date on every thing and there were a lot of moving pieces. They worked hard to get this deal done. Loved being able to close all my deals in one spot it took about 10-15 minutes for both closings. Awesome

Seller reviewMy listing on my home expired while I was on Holiday. When I returned I knew I would re-list, but needed a new Realtor, preferably one in Melrose. I received a hand written letter from John Laxon. I was considering another Realtor but decided to talk with John first. He was prompt in his reply and came over to make his presentation. I was impressed with his professionally and knowledge and hired him on the spot. John has gone way above and beyond in dealing with some difficult issues. I would recommend him to everyone. I have bought and sold several homes and I am not exaggerating when I say John is the best Realtor I have ever dealt with and he sold my house for excellent price. Jennifer and Frank at the Century 21 office have both been wonderful, promptly answering my questions and preparing all the closing documents. Overall Excellent Service!
