Personal Profile
John Montemayor is a retired Marine and a resident of Northern Virginia for more than two decades. He has lived in in Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier County. Between working previously at the Pentagon and having family in Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Warren County, he understands the area and is excited to share his first-hand knowledge with his clients. He has experienced over 17 military relocations and can personally relate to service members, federal employees, and contractors relocating to the Northern Virginia area. Seller reviewOn a scale of 1-10, John is a 14.5. We have worked with John on 4 occasions: buying a property and selling 3 properties. Every time we work with him, we are thankful. We are thankful for his calm demeanor which kept us calm as we prepared for sale and closing. We are thankful for his full-service approach which ensured the little details were all tied up with a bow even while we were 500 miles away. Since then, my husband sold his home through John and we purchased our current home with him.
