John Newton stood out in his work ethic and prompt response time to help us find a home. Being a military family he understood the need to get a home quickly and that we could not be in Jacksonville for everything. He kept us in our budget, explained every part of the process to us, and took care of everything. This was our first time buying a home and he made the process very smooth and understandable. He even Facetimed us so we could see a home when we could not get down to North Carolina. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and negotiating prices.

He's not just knowledgeable, understanding, and hard working - he also has a career's worth of experience as a prior military officer that made a great difference to us as a military family.
