The best part of dealing with John Pordon; his word and handshake mean something. John means what he says. You will not get excuses when dealing with John. I was very demanding and having someone provide accurate information was a pleasure. A home purchased is one of life's big milestones and biggest headaches; John made the process as easy as possible. When needed, John was able to turn up the heat on both sides to get the deal closed while remaining calm and professional. I actually missed talking with him after closing! I highly recommend John!
