Over 42 years in business, education, and ministry have taught me many wonderful lessons about people and the great things they can do. That's why I know that everyone has a big dream. I also know that making big dreams come true takes hard work, the right tools, endless patience and a consistently positive attitude. And sometimes, realizing big dreams takes some help. And if your dream involves real estate, that's where I come in - my job is to help make your dream a reality.
I know the home you have in mind is not just any home; it's the perfect property in the perfect location, for an affordable price. Finding that home won't be easy. It will take knowledge, skill, technology and many hours of hard work. That's my part. I'll search the databases and listings, drive through the neighborhoods, even knock on doors if I have to. If it's there, I'll find it for you. And then, I'll help you with an offer, financing, inspections, surveys and whatever needs to be done, to make that home your home.
If you need to sell a home, helping with that is my job too. Because the home you need to sell is part of someone else's dream. I'll find that special person or family who will be a perfect fit. Seller reviewI felt that John was a no no-nonsense person who was well-informed and saw the potential of our sale. Honest in dealing with me at every turn. Very helpful and knowledgeable about other services that I inquired about. Heather took care of all of my questions and kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. I have given his cards out to as many people who asked for them. That two-some is the best! John Schaub is the top of the company as far as I am concerned. Dealings with real estate persons in the past were not positive but John had come a couple of years ago and introduced himself at my door and we spoke a bit. At that time I thought he really is interested in his job. He was the first real estate person who took time to come to the door and introduce himself. Then, he sold the house next door and I saw his picture on the sign and remembered him from his visit. The rest is history. John was there every step of the way for me. I am a widow and not knowledgeable about selling the house John helped me and I trusted his decisions because he was working with and for me. No other concerns regarding sale of property. It was all laid out for me step by step and other than my physical labor, I did not have to worry. Your office staff was always very courteous and professional when I would call. I was never given the run-around so to speak. Great personnel as far as I am concerned.

She wasn't technically our realtor helping us look for a home, but she was selling the home that we were looking at and she represented both of us as the buyer/seller. She did awesome answering all of our questions, having a timeline set for us and just being a joy overall to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, (which I told someone about her today). Heather and John made buying our first home a dream come true.
