We found John's name on a listing advertisement, called him to see a home and he was very helpful and not pushy. We had called John several times over a two year period looking for a house in Yuma. He was always very helpful, patient and whenever we called him, whether to see houses or ask questions about them, he always helped us out. Whenever we called him to look at houses he was always very timely, if he didn't know the answers to any questions we had he would find the info and call us back. We finally found the right place, John wrote up the offer, help us through the process and, since we didn't lived 1300 miles away he helped us with the inspections, walk-throughs and everything else. We can't say enough nice things about him. My husband's sister and brother-in-law were helping us find a house and they ended up having John list their lot and helping find them a house, also.
