Seller reviewJohn Weis was my neighbor for the past 18 years and knew the area well since he had lived there since the development was built in the mid-90's. He was familiar with the market and knew what appealed to buyers in the area. My home was put on the market on Friday and I got the offer on Monday - so quick!!! John advised me on what he had seen other properties in the area sell for and the offer received was right in line with that. The process went smoothly. We were able to close less than 4 weeks after I accepted the offer!

Once we found the perfect home for me, I didn't have to worry about all of the details as I was confident he would (and did) handle everything.

He should teach a class on realtors!! Not much else to add- he is just good! He listens and remembers!! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Hard to add anything to the best!!
