Mr. John Wells was the best agent I could've asked for. I had sifted through many agents in the area over a 3 month period before coming into contact with Mr. Wells. He was very patient with me, understanding of my needs, addressed my concerns, accommodating, communicative, prompt, and even acted as my eyes (and ears) while I was stuck in another state 2500 miles away! I made an offer after Mr. John Wells took video of the property that I was unable to view myself at the time. I would recommend Mr. John Wells to anyone. John was knowledgeable and very helpful as we purchased a second home in a town we love but have never lived in - South Pittsburg. He contacted us in response to our inquiry of another century 21 listing agent identified from information on the yard sign. His knowledge and helpful service then over shadowed that of two other agents that we also interacted with early on about other properties in the area. John was very knowledgeable of S Pgh markets and diligent working through Feddie Mac requirements with and for us. And we appreciate his expertise, demeanor and commitment to service. He has our highest regard. Freddie Mac was slow and laborious but John bore the brunt of this detail well and minimized our associated pain with the process. He also worked well with the other century 21 listing agent for our property who was from a different office. I'm a details person and John helped as we assessed the value and issues with our property on interest. He was patient with the process of purchasing foreclosed property when I was not and he provided explanation, knowledge and diligence with a tedious realty transaction process. John knows his business and his town(s) and was helpful and professional throughout. In so doing he earned our trust and our thanks.
