He helped get through two separate deals when the first one fell through and I ended up with a far superior unit. I can't think of a thing missing in the service John provided. John was a terrific broker. I doubt that I would have ended up with a successful purchase without his assistance. He is smart, strategic, and always had my best interest as his priority.
