It is extremely important to accurately develop all contracts, and John was concerned that our rights be protected, and did not "fake his way" through these vital matters. This is just one of the many ways to demonstrate that John has the utmost integrity! As a result of John's training, education, experience and integrity, we were able to efficiently locate and purchase our dream home MANY MONTHS quicker than I ever imagined! On May 7, 2015, I decided to find a ranch home in the country, and told my husband and daughters that I needed to move. In just 2 months' time, we were able to sign the papers to close the deal on my Dream Home! I know for certain that this would not have been possible if it were not for John Zywan!! His morals, integrity, foresight, faith, bubbly positive attitude and fortitude are also outstanding qualities that you may not think to rate in this survey, and probably can't be measured on a scale. In the Pittsburgh Post Gazette I saw the C21 ad for the house that we ultimately purchased. Previously I had looked at another house being sold through C21 and had a good experience. As a result I felt comfortable going direct to John Zywan. I could not have been happier with John's responsiveness. I had sent a message to John through the C21 ad and John called me within seconds, it seemed. He was willing to show us the the house immediately. I felt as though I was very professionally taken care of by John. He was completely responsive consultative and friendly.

John Zywan knew the property well and did the best shows himself. Other agents could not represent me equally well, not knowing enough about the house for sale.
