Selling a house in California is an extremely complicated process involving over 300 pages of disclosures/documents that you'll have to read, understand, and sign. Unless you have experience in dealing with complex legal documents, you'll need someone to guide you through it all. Jolene is expert at this. She explained everything thoroughly, in terms I could understand, and focused my attention on the key aspects of each document. She was extremely responsive; helpful; and upbeat and reassuring during all the inevitable highs and lows of the process. We can strongly recommend Jolene for your next realtor Shireen was excellent; helped me several times. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
