Buyer reviewI knew Jon since childhood and saw on his Facebook page a few years back that he had obtained his real estate license. Knowing Jon was an honest, hard working, and knowledgeable person, I immediately reached out to him when we were in the market for a house. Jon was always quick to respond to my messages anytime day or night and he had a local knowledge of the area. I hadn't lived in the area in over 30 years so Jon was able to fill in the gaps regarding taxes, communities etc. Jon has a friendly genuine nature which we appreciate. After dealing with fake smiles, false promises and outright mistruths from agents in the distant past Jon was a breath of fresh air! We knew Jon always had our back every step along the way! My husband and I can't say enough good things about Jon but we would definitely recommend him as an agent.

Buyer reviewThanks Jon, 8 months that seemed like eternity during a crazy market. We over came some very interesting situations to include an offer that literally burnt to the ground, several over priced bidding situations an unprofessional listing agent and a seller that fell ill. Nevertheless, we prevailed and it worked out for the best.
