I actually can't remember my first encounter with Jonathan Perea but I DO remember being impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, he was polite, punctual, cordial, and followed through on every step of the journey. We are really glad we chose to work with Jonathan. The home buying process is extremely overwhelming for us first time buyers and Jonathan gave us the knowledge and ease we needed to find our home. He always made himself available for us whether it was to tour a home or answer our questions. I can't rave enough on how prepared he was with information on each property we toured and how quickly he'd find answers to the hundreds of questions we'd have.
