Seller reviewJonathan Perez was excellent in every way. He helped us when we went to Texas to check out houses. We didn't have a pre-approval letter, but with his help, we got to see several houses, including the one we bought, from Century 21, Agent Shelley Richey. He was in constant contact with Shelley, our financing company, while selling our house in California. Whenever we had a question, Jonathan responded right away, or within minutes. He was also in contact with both Escrow companies, which helped tremendously! Even with all the stress, all parties endured, he held his composure, stayed focused, and helped the process through until the end! What a PROFESSIONAL!! OUR TEAM, which includes Jonathan, (team leader), California escrow company, Shelley (co-leader), Cross Timbers escrow, MiMitual finance, and us, (sellers/buyers), made a terrific team, even through the MIGHTY stressful times! I don't have any respect for Daisy Zavala, or the buyer of our house. They degraded everything,

Seller reviewI actually can't remember my first encounter with Jonathan Perea but I DO remember being impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, he was polite, punctual, cordial, and followed through on every step of the journey. I could reach out to him anytime of the day and into the evening and he would get back to me without fail.

He always made himself available for us whether it was to tour a home or answer our questions.
