Jonathan was great to work with, my mom is 82 years young and he was extremely patient with her needs. He was very helpful and supportive with navigating the sell of my mom's home and even assisted in two problems children (best way to say that). He has been extremely helpful in answering questions regarding what we should do now that mom is homeless (JK she's lives with me) but we have asked Jonathan several questions about my own home and if we should build an ADU, addition or move to a larger house for all of us. We still are not sure what we are going to do but I'm sure Jonathan will be there when that time comes.

What impressed me most was how assuring and proactive he was-he explained the process clearly, set expectations up front, and kept me updated before I ever had to ask. Because this was a land purchase, there are a lot of details that can get overlooked. Johnathan never missed a beat. He walked me through zoning and allowable uses, setbacks, access/egress, utility options (water, power, sewer/septic), and potential easements. He coordinated smoothly with the seller's side, recommended excellent local pros when needed (survey/soil/perk), and made sure all the important due-diligence items were handled within contingency timelines. Communication was top-tier: fast replies, clear answers, and honest guidance. Negotiations were handled professionally and in my best interest, and escrow stayed on track.

Jonathan helped my brother and his wife purchase their home, so when it was time to sell our property, we chose Jonathan. Jonathan helped us get through a tough situation with the sale of our bouse. It was a reverse mortgage situation and we were up against deadlines where if we did not sell the house by a certain deadline, it would have gone into forclosure and would have been sold through an auction. Jonathan was able to get an extension for us, and had the house sold before the deadline. For that, we are very grateful to Johathan and his team.

My experience with Jonathan on selling my house was much easier to sell than I expected. He is the kind of person that will help the client all the way, he is always available anytime when I needed information. Jonathan answered my question in a manner that is easily to understand. I highly recommend him concerning real estate especially to the first time seller/buyer.
