I am patient and empathetic and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area to offer my clients. It is always a joy to watch my clients receive their keys at settlement.

Buyer reviewWhen I first started looking for a home, the 1st realtor was trying to push me into a home that was nice but I knew in my heart I didn't want that house. Thr realtor was very inpatient. I told my sister how I was feeling and she introduced me to Jonelle Broady. After speaking on the phone with Jonelle. I let that other realtor go. Jonelle always responded to my messages and calls in a timely manner. Through my frustrations she would send me positive messages to uplift my spirits then tell me not to worry because she was going to figure it out. SHE DID! She would find a fix to the issues I had and helped make buying a home a better experience for me. Jonelle is patient and kind. Very knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and professional. Not to mention beautiful. My son and I now live in what I know in my heart is my home thanks to her. Words can't express.

Being a first time home buyer was extremely overwhelming, but she did a great job thouroughly explaining everything and helping each step of the way. She was always on time and never made us feel rushed while looking around in houses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone because she has over 20 years of experience and is very good at understanding her clients!
