Joni was AWESOME. She was willing to take the sale of my home, even though I live 3 hours from her office. Joni is so friendly, professional, and positive. Assuring me from the beginning that she will do her best to make sure the process was as stress free as possible for me. Her communication was fantastic. Never once did I have to reach out to her for updates, but she would update me sometimes several times a day, if needed. From the beginning of the process, she let me know that she was there for me, first and foremost, and she never waivered from that. Joni had to make several trips up to my area for appointments (walk through, home pictures, signage, lock box placement) and never cancelled or delayed. That to me, is so important, her dependability. As we faced some delay in the closing process (no fault of ours), she stayed on top of the delays and continually kept me informed. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is wanting to sell or buy a home. She is all about relationship and making sure her clients feel as though they are all she is focused on. She makes sure that no one takes advantage and that all due processes go as smoothly as possible.
