Jordan in the beginning was extremely easy to talk to and approachable. Felt like we've been friends for a very long time. I met Jordan while touring a model home for a builder he was representing. I was impressed with the way he dealt with me and how he followed up several times even though our first contact was quite a long time from when we would actually be in the market for a home. I had been in sales myself in the 1980s and can spot a lot of things about a salesperson based on my experience. I really liked the way Jordan dealt with me, so it was an easy decision to have him represent me when we went to buy a home from another builder. I liked everything about the way Jordan dealt with me, and with how easy it was to communicate with him in person, by phone, by email, or in text messages. His attitude was super helpful and positive. Jordan was great about taking photos of our new house under construction approximately every week. We lived 1000 miles away and could not see the progress of the building ourselves. Jordan's weekly photos were incredibly useful to us.
