I have worked with Century 21 North Homes before in four prior real estate transactions and have been generally, and sometimes exceptionally pleased with the agents. As I have become quite familiar with the buying & selling process, I didn't need much guidance this time and knew what I needed from an agent. Jordan understood this and didn't waste her time or mine with unncessary conversation or interaction, and gave me just the help I needed at the times I needed. Her guidance on pricing and what should be addressed prior to listing vs. what didn't, led to a very fast and efficient sale and closing with no hassles. She also helped me move some items to storage so I could get the house listed more promptly.
